Welding Materials

Our welding materials products consist of three major series: solid welding wires, flux-cored welding wires, and welding electrodes, with over 200 varieties in total. Plate Flange

The plate flange is the most common flange. Because the plate flange has good comprehensive performance, it is widely used in chemical industry, construction, water supply, drainage, petroleum, light and heavy industry, refrigeration, sanitation, plumbing, fire protection, electric power, shipbuilding and other basic projects.

Welding neck flange

Welding neck flange refers to a flange with a tapered neck and butt-welded to the cylinder or pipe. It is an integral flange. Due to the transition structure of the tapered neck and the butt welding connection, the strength and rigidity of the flange are enhanced, and the sealing is better than plate flange.

Slip-on flange

Slip-on flange is the full name of necked flat welding steel pipe flange. It is a flange that connects steel pipes, pipe fittings, etc. to equipment or pipelines through fillet welds. Slip-on flange is also a plate flange with a neck. The short neck improves the strength of the flange and improves the bearing capacity of the flange. Therefore, it can be used on pipelines with higher pressure.

Socket Welding Flange

A socket welding flange is a flange that is welded on the pipe end and the outside by inserting the pipe end into the flange ring step. The socket welding flange has good rigidity, small welding deformation and good sealing.
